Why Zumba is a great alternative to traditional fitness programs?
It’s so much fun dancing that you will forget you are actually exercising! Great for weight loss since Zumba is a powerful exercise with a 600 to 1,000-calorie burn in just an hour in the atmosphere of a dance party! Turning your attention to dance, tones your entire body and away from the daily grind, is a great way to relieve stress, improves coordination, boosts your heart health and it definitely makes you happy!

Ibu Jidha: Zumba Club every WEDNESDAY@Sangkep from 3:30 – 4:30 PM for MS, HS & Adults (faculty, staff, parents & GS Community)
Ibu Lidia: Fun Zumba for kids every WEDNESDAY@Drama Room at Primary area 3:30 – 4:30 PM available for Primary students (grade 1-5)
