Hello Sports Fans!
I am excited to announce the start of the BSSA 2018-2019 year!
Our first season is soccer, and practices will start Monday, August 13th, 2018.
Games are tentatively scheduled to begin the week of August 20th.
*Please note that practice schedules and games will be confirmed when we see how many teams we can field*
If you would like to volunteer your time to coach this season, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the age group you would prefer.
The commitment is one practice after school per week (3:30-4:30) and one game day per week on Wednesday’s (some home days, some away days).

6-8 Mixed: Ibu Amanda and Pak Francis 9/10 Girls: 2 positions 9/10 Boys: Pak Matthieu and Pak Jaroen 11/12 Girls: 1 position 11-12 Boys: Pak Quim and Pak Dirk 13/14/15+ Girls: 2 positions 13/14/15+ Boys: 1 position
The number of volunteer coaches will determine the number of teams that run. Unfortunately, this means that if we can not staff any team, we must cancel that age group/gender for the season.
Please respond no later than Thursday, August 9th by 3:00 pm.

BSSA – Bali School Sports Association. The BSSA is a volunteer an opportunity for athletes to develop skills and socialize with the international sports community island wide. Athletes represent green school values as leaders and team members, in a competitive context. The BSSA is both for the novice player to experience a sport for the first time and develop skills and for the experienced player looking for a mentoring experience. The BSSA sports seasons are soccer, volleyball, basketball, x-country, swimming, and athletics. The BSSA is a league run and coached by volunteers. The number of teams fielded and roster limits are set by the volunteer coaches. Roster limits reflect the numbers of volunteers and facility resource availability. Roster decisions are reflected by athlete attitude, participation, and readiness and all decisions are ultimately the coaches.
