Japanase Encephalitis (JE) vaccination campaign

To support a healthy and safe community of learners, the indonesian government provides a free vaccination programme. Everyone between the age of 9 months and 15 years old is eligible for a Japanese Encephalitis (JE) vaccination. If you would like your child to be vaccinated, please fill out following Vaccination Release Form and provide a hard copy to the First Aid Station before February 15.

JE is a disease of encephalitis caused by the Japanese encephalitis virus (JE). JE viruses mimic the major causes of viral encephalitis in Asia including Indonesia, and Bali is the highest endemic in Indonesia. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia, especially Bali provide free program for Japanese Encephalitis vaccine. Given the high cost of this vaccine, it is very good if you can participate in this government program.
