BSSA Athletics Teacher: Bambang & Kim Brief Description: In preparation for the BSSA athletics carnival, learn, practice and develop your skills in athletics events. These include sprinting, running, relays, shot put, javelin, discus, long jump, triple jump and high jump. Location/Room: Big field and gym Max Students: 20

5v5 Flag American Football Teacher: Ibu Audrey Brief Description: Flag American football is fun, fast and played all over the world. In this course, you will learn basic rules, physical skills and strategy of the 5v5 game. You will develop your communication and collaboration through teamwork. Playing games will help you develop grit and (split-second) decision making. Through understanding offensive and defensive strategy, you will develop your systems thinking. Overall, you will gain new skills of a new game and hopefully have a lot of fun! Location/Room: Small field Max Students: 15

Zumba Teacher: Ibu Lara Brief Description: This is a choreographed dance workout that incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Max Students: 20

Indonesian Martial Arts – Pencat Silat Teacher: Ibu Ida Brief Description: Pencat Silat is a full-body martial arts incorporating strikes, grappling and throwing. Every part of the body is used and subject to attack. Pencak silat was practiced not only for physical defense but also for psychological ends Max Students: 12 Green Studies – Permaculture Teacher: Ibu Jaclyn and Pak Aga Brief Description: Students will cover the ethics and learning principles of Permaculture. Students will design and implement a project based on those principles. Max Students: 15

Mepantigan – Balinese Martial Arts Teacher: Pak Putu Brief Description: Mepantigan is a Balinese Martial Arts conducted in our very own GS Mud Pit. Pak Putu is an expert who ensures students learn so much more than martial arts skills. Max Students: 15
