Update (Daily - May 6)

Updated: May 9, 2020

Good Morning Everyone!

I am sharing a seed to table project from the ihub project-athon that we ran earlier this week. It is great to see how this student integrated many of the permaculture principles here, including Obtaining a yield, Producing no waste, Integrating rather than segregating, Using small and slow solutions, Use edges and value the marginal.

Today students will continue to have a self-directed project-based learning JJ experience. Yesterday they brainstormed and shared ideas and today they should be exploring and trialing. For more inspiration they can shop around on our Project Bank that is attached here.

Lastly, I want to correct the information about the Coffee Talks that was posted last night in the 'bit-sized' newsletter. We are Coffee Talking on Friday 9am https://zoom.us/j/401426660?pwd=YzRVemhOUmRjNFMvdWpydWFCQmJhUT09 and 3:30pm https://zoom.us/j/181501553?pwd=NEZiTm1zS2VSSXlHeTZxdmMwUGVtQT09. Fridays are our set days. Hope to see you there! I will be sharing the happiness from the Project-athon and more details about teaching and learning in Block 6.
