Visa Update from Legal Office

Greetings from Legal Office/PT Ganesha Bali Konsultan!

Legal Office will start hosting a monthly casual meeting “Visa Chat”

Please check the calendar and join us. We are looking forward to seeing as many parents as possible.

  1. Should I hire an agent in Singapore to apply for visa at the embassy? Can’t I do it by myself?

  1. Yes you can. If you do it by yourself, the process takes two business days while agents can process in one business day, regardless of the type of visa. Here are the details.

Do it yourself: Submit the complete requirements at Embassy of Indonesia in Singapore between 9am-12pm. Collect your passport the following business day between 3pm-5pm. Check the embassy website for the requirements and the fees.

There is no public Wifi available at the Embassy on Singapore. Having 4G or international data roaming is recommended in case you need to contact Legal Office urgently.

Beware the dress code for visiting the embassy. No singlet, sleeveless, strapless tops, shorts, Bermudas, mini skirts and slippers allowed except children below 12 years old.

Through an agent: We have recommendation for the agent in Singapore.

Submit the requirements to the agent at appointed time and location, normally at a hotel in Orchard at 10:30am. You can collect your passport from the agent on the same day around 5pm .

Agent fees applied. Inquire Legal Office as the fees differ by type of visa.

Please note that the documents Legal Office prepare will be different depending on where and how (self-application/through agent) you apply. We need to know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Thank you.
